As Ecolyte Group grow, we’re looking for driven individuals to support our day-to-day operations and ensure everything runs like clockwork. As an operations executive, you will be the backbone of our project execution and delivery. From coordinating site logistics to supporting supply chain activities, your role is vital to keeping our commitments running smoothly and efficiently.

Your role:

  • Conduct quality inspections on raw materials, in-process materials, and finished concrete products 
  • Ensure all products comply with industry standards and internal specifications 
  • Identify and investigate non-conformance issues and recommend corrective actions

  • Have a Diploma or Degree in Civil Engineering, Material Science, or related field
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking 
  • Willing to travel to project sites and batching plants as needed

As we lead the way in eco-conscious construction materials, we’re looking for a Quality Assurance / Quality Control Executive who ensures that every product we deliver meets the highest standards. You’ll work closely with our operations, R&D, and production teams to drive continuous improvement and compliance.

Your role: 

  • Source and negotiate with vendors for best pricing, quality, and delivery terms 
  • Manage purchase orders, monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the operations team to forecast needs 
  • Assist in cost control and budgeting for materials and services

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with inventory or purchasing software
